Lilian O Pena

CEO/Founder, My Home Care Services

Lilian worked as a Personal Care Aide with Loudoun Home Health Care from 2013 to 2020 across various cities in Virginia. She assisted clients with social interactions, counseling, mentoring, in-house recreation, and crisis intervention. Additionally, she managed errands such as transportation, grocery shopping, medication pickup, and doctor’s appointments. She has extensive experience caring for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients.

She also worked with Cascade Home Health Care and Capital City Nurse. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, she has 11 years of experience in personal care, both in-home and in healthcare facilities. Additionally, she served as an administrative manager in a retail store.

Lilian holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Pharmacy from Bolivian Evangelical University (1990–1996). She is also certified as a PCA and CNA, with CPR and First Aid training/AED. Lilian founded this company out of a deep love for others and a commitment to compassionate care. She believes that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect—especially in times of need. Understanding that we all walk the same path in life, she created this company to provide the kind of care she would want for herself and her loved ones, ensuring that every individual receives the warmth and support they deserve.
